Australia Day
We did many fun things on Australia Day. We went to Mount Eliza and had breakfast in the town square. It was sausage and bread,...I really liked it....YUM!
I saw the Australian flag,. It is mostly blue and has some stars on it. They put the flag on the flagpole and sang the national anthem and my favorite song,.Waltzing Matilda. In the afternoon we went to a big carnival in the park/beach where they had a jumpy castle and I got to paint a plaster fairy. That night we went to a barbeque with some new friends and we had lamb. It was yummy too.
Tomorrow I hope Mommy and takes us to the new pool and splash pad cause it has been really hot here.
